I had a great value for my money at the lodge. The room was clean and presentable, with a good shower and comfortable amenities. The location was perfect for my onwards travel plans and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Breakfast delights could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The booking was handled efficiently; and my request to shift the booking by one day did not cause any problems.

Although the staff were friendly and efficient we did not see any sign of the management during our stay. (Unless the receptionist was the manageress.). The gps co-ordinates on the website are incorrect.

There were acorns or nuts falling the whole night trough on the roof, so we got no sleep at all. Early the next morning the airconditioner started up and gave us a shower in bed. The room was all nead and tidy and the service is excellent. But had no sleep. You can put nets from the trees to catch the nuts or acorns. Perharp the aircon needs a service...

The room was in super condition and the staff were excellent. The location was very convenient and easy to locate. The breakfast was delicious and balanced. The surroundings were natural and unique, creating an amazing vibe. The lodge was centrally located to many attractions within a 80km radius.

Felt safe, nothing was too much trouble.

How the rooms are separated apart, there is enough space for the family, the design and the service is excellent,

The geyser was only switched on in the morning; we couldn’t take a warm bath when we arrived,

We stayed at Kruger Adventure Lodge for a fantastic all-day safari in Kruger Park. The packed breakfast provided was great, although it would have been even better with a bottle of water included. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel like royalty. The manager was especially caring and ensured our safety. The air conditioning was a welcome bonus, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located for accessing Kruger Park, just a short drive from Phabeni gate.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Staff friendliness

Our "luxury rooms"were located next to the dormitary for school children who were present two nights and made a considerable noise throughout most of the night which was unpleasant.The restaurant and bar facilities are very limited so we only ate there once.Breakfast is adequate but lacking in variety.

I always stay here because they helped me with my bags the first time. I love that they have free Wi-Fi in rooms, a shared kitchen, and a swimming pool. It has everything I need for a great holiday!

We started off with an early morning safari in the Kruger National Park and it was like stepping into a real-life nature documentary. We saw lions, elephants, and even a sneaky leopard! The experience was surreal and left us feeling like we were part of the wild. The lodge itself was amazing too, with spacious rooms and a cool pool area where we spent our afternoons soaking up the sun. The best part was the nature walks with the guides - they were so knowledgeable and made the whole experience even more exciting. We can't wait to come back in a few months for another adventure!

The only thing we wished for during our stay was more late-night entertainment for young party-goers like us. While the lodge had a relaxed and peaceful vibe, we sometimes wanted to let loose and have a bit more fun.

Our stay at the lodge was mind-blowing! The tented accommodation was super comfortable with jaw-dropping views of the bush and hills. The staff, especially Thandeka, were amazing and went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. The 3-course dinner was delicious and the breakfast was great too. The decorations on the anniversary table were absolutely stunning and made our experience unforgettable. We also appreciated the free parking, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Although there were a few minor suggestions for improvement, overall, our stay was fantastic.

A truly wow experience at Kruger Adventure Lodge! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. Kevin's communication through WhatsApp was impressive and made me feel well taken care of. The friendliness of the staff was another highlight. my husband and I had a fantastic stay and will definitely be coming back. Thanks to Tc for the introduction as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kruger Adventure Lodge. The staff was friendly and offered advices on places to visit. The place looks very nice.

I liked the beautiful surroundings, that was all.

The lodge was not quiet or peacefull with loud music played by other guests. No one made any effort to ask them to quiet down. On our arrival in our room, we found that the shower door was broken, the toilet was leaking and the entire bathroom floor was wet. Later the evening when we wanted to turn in for the night (with loud music still playing until just after 12 o' clock) we found the blanket on the bed to be dirty and food stained. We were so upset by this that we did'nt want to use the pillows and used our own. I will defentiely not recommend this lodge to any of my friends.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with a mall only 5 minutes away and the Phabeni gate just 10 minutes away.

The DSTV was not working during our stay, which was a disappointment.
